🔑 It’s official… I got the keys today 🩷
A huge milestone as I step into this next chapter.
Opening my own boutique barre & body studio here in Uddingston.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I danced for 18 years and worked as a dance teacher, so it feels surreal to be stepping back into a teaching environment again, and I’m so excited for it.
Built from over 12 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, women’s health coach, and Barre instructor, this space will bring together strength, movement, and specialised training for women at every stage of life.
Alongside running the studio, my coaching role will continue, and this next phase will also allow me to grow and expand my online coaching, supporting more women beyond the studio space.
There’s lots to do before doors open, but today marks the start and I couldn’t be more excited to begin creating the studio.

Client transformations 🩷🩷
No matter how stressful life got during this prep she kept showing up. She gave her best, trusted the process, and never made excuses.
Amy's most recent shoot wasn't easy - but she absolutely owned it. 💓😅
Her confidence, strength, and mindset have completely transformed along with her physique over the past few years we have worked together.
This isn't just a physical change - it's proof of what's possible when you stay consistent, even when life gets very stressful.
So proud of how far she's come and beyond excited for what's next. We are still working through a long improvement season to build more muscle and enjoy some time off a prep.

"I was already training regularly and fairly fit... or so I thought."
Amazing 8 week mini cut transform from online client 🩷✔️💪🏼 her goal was to change her body composition and actually get results from the effort she puts in.
Smashed it.... after 8 weeks on a structured plan, here's what changed:
•Weight loss -5.6kg
•Noticeable increase in muscle tone
•Full body recomposition
•Same number of workouts per week
•FIRST EVER pull-ups 😍💪🏼
The biggest shift?
Training with actual structure ✔️
Eating more, enjoying food again✔️
Workouts that are simple, challenging, and fun✔️

CLIENT TRANSFOMATION 💪🏼💪🏼
This was my client Emma's 2nd photo shoot which she absolutely SMASHED 🩷💪🏼
I had been working with Emmajane for 50 weeks in the lead up to her 2nd Gym shoot and our goal was a full physique recomp building muscle and dropping body fat.
After the first photo shoot we did a proper reverse diet where she held fantastic condition. Was able to build her calories and reduce cardio.
In the final weeks that lead-up to her 2nd photoshoot prep we actually prescribed NO cardio and refeeds weekly to keep her looking on point. Full and conditioned.
This prep was all down to consistency and hard work ticking the boxes daily.
Total weight -9.8kg total within the year
EMMAJANE is still in a building phase to add more size and mass to her glutes.

Fitness shoots aren't about chasing perfection. They're about capturing progress and they give you a clear snapshot of what months of consistent training, Nutrition and recovery have built. Unlike gym selfies and check-ins, a shoot freezes a moment in time and you can actually see how far you have come. Not to mention photoshoots are extremely fun and empowering.
You're there with like-minded women who are all passionate about health and fitness too.
Photoshoots help build confidence, great for documentation, motivation and momentum moving forwards to progressing with your physique goals.
These were just a small handful of my ladies who stepped in front of the camera in 2025 📸 and I have another amazing group of women starting their photoshoot prep tomorrow for the first team shoot of the year in April

As a 35 year old mum of 2, here are my Top 4 Ways to Crush Your Health & Fitness Goals in 2026 💪
1️⃣ Follow a Training Plan
This is your roadmap to progress. Random workouts = random results. Having a plan makes it easier to track your progress and get you from point A to point B a lot quicker.
2️⃣ Prioritise Sleep & Recovery
Gains happen when you rest, not just when you train. Growth hormone peaks during deep sleep, aiding muscle repair and fat metabolism. Chronic sleep deprivation impairs recovery and appetite regulation. Have you ever noticed how poor your food choices are when your deprived of sleep?
3️⃣ Eat 80% Whole Foods
Consistency over perfection. Lean proteins, veggies, whole carbs, healthy fats. Eating whole foods will also help my ladies with those perimenopause symptoms.
4️⃣ Train With Intention
Every session should have a purpose. Mindless workouts = minimal progress. Think more muscle = bigger return.
