If you train 3 times a week and you are not seeing progress!

Most people training 3x/week focus on the wrong things.

They change exercises constantly
They chase intensity every session
They ignore recovery and progression

What actually matters:

➡️ A repeatable structure
➡️ Progressive overload
➡️ Training you can recover from

You don’t need more variety —
you need a plan you can stick to.

I haven’t posted on here in a long time — and there’s a reason.

For the past couple of years I’ve been focused on coaching people in the gym, not creating content.

Day in, day out, I’ve seen the same pattern:

Not because they don’t care —
but because they don’t have enough structure and accountability.

That’s why I’m back on here.

What a great way to start the week.

Been doing this course for around 2 years and I have now finally passed it.

The amount of people who DO NOT exercise the core is unbelievable.

Can’t thank the team at MBSC….. what a great course.

This may look easy to some people but trust me…… done right it isn’t.

Norman used to be a painter and decorator until circumstances changed and he got himself into bad habits when he retired.

He suffered very badly with balance! For the past 6 months he has been working really hard on his ankle and hip mobility (with home workouts I gave him) and also lots of core work while building strength in the process.

He has now built up the confidence to just book himself to go see his family in New Zealand for 5 weeks. Where as before he didn’t have the confidence to go and do because of his fitness and balance.

The human body is a wonderful thing and I love seeing progression.

This is such a proud moment for myself and why I love my job so much!
