Celebrating our pupils 🌟 Well done who performed in his school show “Footloose” throughout the course of this week. He played the role of Chuck and by the sounds of it done amazing! Our wee cutie Taliah won dancer of the week yesterday! How happy does she look 💜😍 she was so excited and said “thank you so much” 🥹 our youngest little dancer and she danced beautifully yesterday. Well done gorgeous girl! # # #

It’s happening & we cannot wait! We have so many exciting things planned for our new competition teams. Coach Alex will be joining the OPDA team and we are so thankful to be working with her. Alex has vast experience when it comes to the competing and dance industry. Having trained at one of Britain’s top dance colleges , competed at many events, as well as working and training professionally in London for the past 3 years, she has so much to offer and teach our pupils! Welcome to the team 💜💜💜

Massive shout out to our girl Charli for attaining subject prize for Nat 5 Dance. She was given this award for having the highest marks in her year 🌟 well done Charli, super proud of you! The sky is the limit 💜 this girls confidence has went from strength to strength, I can tell just how much she loves to dance and is always eager to learn something new. Our stars ✨ of the week! Well done to our wee tiny tot Grace, she has come on leaps and bounds in the past few weeks in our beginners class! Also well done to Bella who worked really hard in her contemporary workshop displaying some beautiful dancing and technique! Well done girls! # # #

Last but not least, congratulations to our Junior pupil Katie Harden who also auditioned for the Regal Panto this year, Cinderella, and will be performing as part of the ensemble. Katie I am so very proud of you, you were born for the stage and I know just how much you love to perform. This is an amazing opportunity and I’m sure you will love every minute of it.
