I am a qualified fitness instructor who has been working in the industry for 12 years. Registered as Level 4(advanced instructor) on REPS,the register of exercise professionals, i am qualified to teach metafit, body pump, body balance, body step, spinfit, body max, kai bo and i am also a qualified gym instructor.
