Last week we said goodbye to one of the pillars of our coaching team William.

From day one, he’s been someone I could rely on, trust, and bounce ideas off. He knows me inside out my temperament, my moods and wasn’t afraid to tell me when he thought I was wrong.His honesty and integrity, is rare and hard to come by.

William has been a true gentleman and a huge part of why we are where we are today. His departure is a massive loss to the gym coaching team, but even more so to me personally.

He’s moving forward with his personal training within our Chris Gentile and a new venture in food tolerance testing.
We couldn’t match his new Hollywood wages 😂that’s a credit to his value and the standard he sets.

We wish him nothing but success in this next chapter. Top coach. Top man. Top friend.❤️

Following a strong spell at Glasgow Club, Andy arrives with proven experience, elite coaching standards, and the kind of professionalism that fits seamlessly into the Trimendous identity. After completing his medical (aye, he passed the vibes check), Andy has signed terms to join our membership‑inclusive class programme ,our Trimendous coaching team and our personal training roster.
