Sailability Weekend - 27th and 28th June

Next weekend is going to be a busy one for sailability at Bardowie, with both the Duncan's Regatta and the Scottish Hansa Championships.

The Duncan's Regatta is our annual racing event for disabled sailors, and is sponsored by Duncan's Yacht Chandlers https://www.duncanyacht.co.uk/ The Scottish Hansa Championships are supported by Hansa Class UK https://www.hansaclass.org.uk/

Both the Challenger and Hansa fleets are open classes, meaning anyone can participate. It's also a spectacular event to watch and be involved with. We are still looking for some volunteers to help.

Evening training at Bardowie Loch. Tonight adult and junior beginners had tacking practice, intermediates were trying out “starboard” rights of way and man overboard and we enjoyed a beautiful golden sunset.

Shout Out to share our Winter Lecture Series dates - lovely to get together in Glasgow over the winter months. Open to members and friends of the CCC
