You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga - just like you don’t need to know how to drive to take driving lessons.
One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to get fitter, stronger or more bendy before you begin.
You don't.
Our 4-week Intro to Ashtanga Yoga course is designed specifically for beginners. Over four weeks, Annabelle Mac will guide you through the foundations of the practice in a way that is clear, supportive and accessible, with plenty of options to adapt the practice to suit your body and energy levels.
✨ Thursdays 7.30–9pm
✨ Starts 6 August
✨ Small group (max 12 students)
Come exactly as you are. You'll be supported, encouraged and challenged - in the best way.

Some yoga practices ask us to do more.
Pranayama often asks us to become quieter, steadier and more observant instead.
That can be surprisingly powerful.
During our 4-day intensive next month, Sri Sudhir Tiwari will work closely with students through therapeutic hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, chanting and Ayurvedic observation. Helping each person develop a more individual relationship with practice.
A rare opportunity to study within a deeply traditional lineage in an accessible and grounded way.

We spend much of our lives doing.
Planning. Solving. Responding. Moving from one thing to the next.
What if, for an evening, there was nowhere to rush to and nothing to achieve?
Deep Grounding brings together yin yoga, Thai yoga massage, meditation and Yoga Nidra to create space for stillness, rest and release.
A chance to slow down and be supported.

One of the first questions we ask anyone considering our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is:
"Why do you want to do a teacher training?"
It's a simple question but an important one.
Some people arrive knowing they want to teach. Others are looking to deepen their practice, explore yoga philosophy, understand anatomy or spend time studying aspects of yoga that aren't usually covered in weekly classes.
The more clearly you understand what you're hoping to gain from the experience the easier it becomes to find a training that genuinely supports you.
