The benefits of green tea ππ»
A Wee 17 min workout to get you going in the morn or if you've haven't worked out before then this is a good Wee starter for you.
The circuit will take 5mins, Perform it 3x with 1min rest in between.
Alternate lunges 30sec
Press ups (full or half). 30sec
Squats. 30sec
Burpees. 30sec
Star jumps. 1min
High knees. 1min
Crunches/sit ups. 30sec
Cycle crunches. 30sec.
