Just to let everyone know that's participating in the bock blast 5 week block payments can be made via bank transfer or cash on or before the 1st of April π₯
All measurements will be logged and recorded and results will be tracked at the end of 5 weeks.

What to stay on track but socialise at the same time . It can be done by making good food choices , we all want the chips and rice at Nando's but hate that we feel bloated or guilty after it . Swap high starchy carbs for a supergrain salad π₯ lunch made simple stick to the plan it's easy to say yes and give in to temptation but it's also easier to just eat better ππΌβ

prepare for success ladies stay on track with having go to meals and snacks. We are a big believer in not eating less just eat better . Source foods that are full of fibre and do not avoid all carbs β carbs should be a staple to your diet it's the main source of energy your body requires , instead of cutting them out swap high starchy carbs for healthier carbs full of fibre β This will keep u fuller for longer. ππΌπͺπ»
