Breakfast is the one meal that women feel difficult to change ๐ซ
Itโs because youโre overthinking it โฆ keep it simple โญ๏ธ
There are so many benefits to eating breakfast ๐บ
I suggest to clients they have 3 breakfasts that they can easily put together and work with that 3๏ธโฃ
Keeping it predictable isnโt boring, itโs removing the thought process so un-cluttering your (already scrambled) brain! ๐คฏ
My 3 breakfast favourites are โฆ
๐Oats, chia seeds, protein powder, raspberries and chocolate
๐Greek yogurt with granola & berries
๐Bacon or sausage bagel with scrambled eggs

As you age, your tolerance of alcohol changes because your body is changing ๐

If you think firstly about where you use up a lot of your energy you can think about how to give it back โป๏ธ

What often happens is we donโt consider the natural rhythm of our bodies and we get the balance of re-energising wrong ๐
For example, restricting food and doing excessive exercise ๐

That will drain you more so think about nourishing your body, giving it regular, sustainable energy and workingout at a realistic, moderate rate and your body will reap the benefits ๐

๐บ DO I HAVE PERI-MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS? ๐บ
I was asked this question by 3 separate people recently ๐๐ผ
How do I know this? ๐ง
Peri-menopause isnโt diagnosed by blood tests, itโs symptom-based ๐ฉบ
These symptoms can be many things but Iโve noticed an increase in them over the last 2-3 years ๐
Iโve also noticed they worsen when I do (or donโt do) certain things so Iโve put it down to peri-menopause ๐บ
So, for me, I have an element of control over them ๐ฎ
Did this come natural? ๐งโโ๏ธ
No, I had to try many things over the last couple of years and be consistent with them to see if they made a difference ๐ค๏ธ
Having more control wonโt happen overnight, it happens when you stick to something โ
For me, itโs been about 2 years to figure this out! So not quick๐ค๐ผ
