๐Ÿฅฃ๐Ÿณ WHAT MY CLIENTS EAT FOR BREAKFAST ๐Ÿฅž๐Ÿง‡

Breakfast is the one meal that women feel difficult to change ๐Ÿซ 

Itโ€™s because youโ€™re overthinking it โ€ฆ keep it simple โญ๏ธ

There are so many benefits to eating breakfast ๐Ÿšบ

I suggest to clients they have 3 breakfasts that they can easily put together and work with that 3๏ธโƒฃ

Keeping it predictable isnโ€™t boring, itโ€™s removing the thought process so un-cluttering your (already scrambled) brain! ๐Ÿคฏ

My 3 breakfast favourites are โ€ฆ

๐Ÿ“Oats, chia seeds, protein powder, raspberries and chocolate
๐Ÿ“Greek yogurt with granola & berries
๐Ÿ“Bacon or sausage bagel with scrambled eggs

Yes, we can often feel the most effects in our 40s but this hasnโ€™t happened night ๐ŸŒš

Itโ€™s been a lot of little changes accumulating over a few years โž•

Our bodies require a different approach from about our mid-30s because itโ€™s changing โ†”๏ธ

Your alcohol intake around this time hits a bit different ๐Ÿฅ‚

And it could be making your symptoms worse ๐Ÿ˜ต

As you age, your tolerance of alcohol changes because your body is changing ๐Ÿ”„

Increasing awareness of how you respond and implementing strategies to improve this will help your hormones without a doubt ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ

Pretty much EVERY woman that comes to me wants more energy ๐Ÿ”‹

Whether they feel physically tired, mentally exhausted or emotionally drained ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

If you think firstly about where you use up a lot of your energy you can think about how to give it back โ™ป๏ธ

If you support the processes in your body that use up energy, youโ€™ll then feel a difference ๐Ÿ“ˆ

What often happens is we donโ€™t consider the natural rhythm of our bodies and we get the balance of re-energising wrong ๐Ÿ˜‘

For example, restricting food and doing excessive exercise ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

That will drain you more so think about nourishing your body, giving it regular, sustainable energy and workingout at a realistic, moderate rate and your body will reap the benefits ๐Ÿ†

Supporting your BMR, increasing your NEAT and focusing on TEF can make a massive difference to your energetic levels โšก๏ธ

Youโ€™re making it easier for yourself when you keep it up this month ๐Ÿ˜…

Because youโ€™re not starting from scratch in January ๐Ÿฅฐ

๐Ÿšบ DO I HAVE PERI-MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS? ๐Ÿšบ

I was asked this question by 3 separate people recently ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

How do I know this? ๐Ÿง

Peri-menopause isnโ€™t diagnosed by blood tests, itโ€™s symptom-based ๐Ÿฉบ

These symptoms can be many things but Iโ€™ve noticed an increase in them over the last 2-3 years ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Iโ€™ve also noticed they worsen when I do (or donโ€™t do) certain things so Iโ€™ve put it down to peri-menopause ๐Ÿšบ

So, for me, I have an element of control over them ๐ŸŽฎ

Did this come natural? ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ

No, I had to try many things over the last couple of years and be consistent with them to see if they made a difference ๐Ÿ›ค๏ธ

Having more control wonโ€™t happen overnight, it happens when you stick to something โœ…

For me, itโ€™s been about 2 years to figure this out! So not quick๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ

Understanding what going on helps to then implement change ๐Ÿค“
