TCA Group - Youth Squad Trial The mini squad is for young climbers aged between 8 and 11 and is focused on non-specialised age appropriate climbing coaching. The mini squad session is 1.75 hours long between 1645 and 1830 at Newsroom on Monday evenings and is coached by Orla Daly, Conall Duffy and Ben Fitzsimons.

💪 Want a fun way to build strength and support long-term health?

New research suggests resistance training can help people live longer and climbing is one of the most engaging ways to get a real strength workout in. Some moves feel like lifting weights, others are all balance and control, so you're building strength, coordination and problem-solving at the same time.

And if you want to build even more strength, our centres also have free weights and gyms to help support your climbing goals. So if you're a bit bored of the repetitiveness of a normal gym, why not try climbing? Drop-in or book an induction.

Setting in June 🔨

Here's the monthly schedule for setting, which is also viewable online through link in bio.

We set on Tuesday/Wednesday at The Prop Store and Thursday/Friday at The Newsroom. Two areas are set per week, with bigger areas with more problems being set over two days. Rest assured, we aim to set the same number of problems each week so you'll always have the same number of new problems each new set.

At The Prop Store, we also set ropes and auto-belay lines every 2nd week and this is reflected in the number of boulder problems during that weeks set.

Every Wednesday evening over at The Prop Store at 6-8pm we run our Women's Boulder Social where you can climb with other women, share beta and make new friends!

No additional cost. Free shoe hire for all participants. Just check in to the event when you arrive at reception.
