Snapped Achilles tendon β

Honestly the worst injury I've ever had and would not recommend. However 2 more weeks until I start my physio and moving into my next stage of recovery. ,πͺ

Itβs not all about weight lifted or numbers dropped when I comes to results!!
My client w***y started a couple months back and was unable to box squat unassisted!
Here he is without a box, no TRX to support him and with an additional 12kg dumbbell to top it off πͺ
Way to go my man, keep up the amazing work πͺβ
Continuing this week with the doubles and the return to heavy lifting with a decent 180kg deadlift for 2 ποΈββοΈ
Happy with the form and outcome especially for an end of week sesh πͺ
