Why should men care about periods? 👀

Whether you’re a coach, dad, judge, volunteer, or involved in gymnastics in any other way, understanding menstrual health can make a real difference to the support you provide to gymnasts.

Next week, Grace & Green, proud supporters of our She Leaps Health Hub, are hosting a webinar: “Why Should Men Care About Periods? How to Be a Male Ally in Menstrual Health.”, and we'd love our community to attend!

It will explore:
➡️ The role of men & non-menstruators in menstrual wellbeing, and why it’s important
➡️ What meaningful allyship looks like in practice
➡️ How to engage men and non-menstruators in conversations around menstrual health
➡️ Ways organisations can create more empathetic and inclusive workplace cultures

Did you know we have a whole section dedicated to it on our She Leaps Health Hub? Find out more here ➡️ https://tinyurl.com/ywshk8e6

Did you know pelvic health plays an important role in supporting your gymnastics journey and your long-term health beyond the sport? 👀

If your pelvic floor isn’t working as it should, it can increase your risk of injury and affect how your body feels during training.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, it’s always okay to speak up and seek support.

In our latest blog, we caught up with Junofem for a quick Pelvic Health 101. Take a read here ➡️ https://tinyurl.com/4rzha33f

Partially-sighted gymnast Loretta Daley was competing over the weekend in the WAG Over-50s category 🤸

She hopes to inspire more people with disabilities to take up the sport of gymnastics and is always aspiring to learn more skills across the apparatus! 🥰
