Glasgow East Taekwon-do & Kickboxing

For the last 6wks Glasgow East Tae Kwon Do have been working with Tag united , this is a group of young ASN girls age 16-25 yrs all different abilities and big personalities! This has been an amazing time for both our instructors and the students , we have had the best time , we have worked on basic TKD , some coordination ! Strength, endurance! Each girl working to their individual capability s ! Lots of fun and laughter ! As we have completed our coarse we would like to say , it’s been a pleasure ! Hope to see all the girls again in the near future.

What a day yesterday Central
Belt TKD instructors got together for a wee training day … white yellow belts , the first part of the morning , green belts and above followed to the early afternoon! After a half hour break , Blackbelt pre grading , the candidate were put through a a very tough few hours , followed by feed back from the panel of examiners! The day ended Exausted with a lovely Dinner !

Then to cap it all off Scotland won their first game in the World Cup! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Cadet Grading June 26 ! This is specialised classes for 3-6 years old ! Life skills program such as, Stranger danger, bullying , 999, fire safety , recovery position etc, team work , TKD skills and much more ! ENROLLING NOW

With the Easter holidays coming to an end Glasgow East Martial Arts had a 3 day camp , Along as brushing up
On their Tae Kwon -Do skills the students learned new skills, hula hooping , playing balls against the wall, space hoppers, making Easter bonnets and playing with putty and lots more.

Fab time was had by all 🐣🥋
