And we are excited to see what the last few months of the year brings for the Park Farm team, with lots of HYROX UK & Ireland races booked, zone5fitnessrace this weekend, Park Farm’s Fittest next weekend & The Gauntlet at the start of next year.

A massive shout out to our teams who competed in the HPX Fitness Race a few weeks ago.
We had 2 teams competing in the Elite heat which was FAST to say the least.🤯But they absolutely smashed it!💨

P F B A C K Y A R D 🏃🏽‍♀️

On Sunday we held our first ever running event - Park Farm’s version of a back yard.

For those who aren’t aware, a back yard ultra is 6.7km on the hour every hour until there is only 1 runner left.
Park Farm’s scaled version was 5.5km on the hour, for 8 hours - making up to just over a marathon for those who completed all 8 loops.

We are extremely proud of everyone who took part, but a special shout out must go to the 8 runners who completed all 8 laps! Absolutely outstanding, especially considering most of them are not marathon runners!😅

Well done team - top class effort.👏🏼
