I'M BACK!! Hope everyone is smashing their training in 2013! RUTHLESS has come to Oz, about to teach my first spin class in Adelaide. Butterflies in my tummy, bring it on!!

Last Ruthless PT session in Glasgow - DONE!! Well done to everyone involved this year, you have all been amazing! Loved every minute an looking forward to taking Ruthless to Australia! PT clients, bootcampers and Pure Gym class members - thank you! Keep up the training - if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you! ;)

Last ever shift and classes at Pure Gym - DONE!! Thanks to everyone involved, just got the rest of the week to have fun/torture clients/bootcamps - amazing!! :) :) :) :) :) :) Oz in 8 days...
