Hi everyone, Iโ€™m TL, an Endo Lifestyle Coach and sports therapist.

Iโ€™ve been living with Endometriosis for more than half of my life now was officially diagnosed 8 years ago and, like many women, I spent years feeling frustrated, exhausted, overwhelmed, and like my body was working against me.

Iโ€™ve dedicated a huge part of my life to learning how to work with my body rather than constantly fighting it.

Iโ€™ve gone on to complete challenges including long-distance hiking events, fitness competitions, endurance events, and strength training while living with endometriosis.

More importantly, Iโ€™ve learned how to better manage my symptoms which in turn reduced flare ups. I now protect my energy, and focus on keeping stress levels low. Iโ€™ve build a life that doesnโ€™t revolve around my diagnosis.

Now I help other women do the same.

Iโ€™ve been coaching women for 20 years in the health and fitness and when I came to terms with my endo body I started working towards helping women with it.

Most women with endometriosis are stuck in an endless cycle of looking for the next thing.

The next supplement.

The next diet.

The next specialist.

The next surgery.

The next medication.

And whilst all of those things can have a place, theyโ€™re often not the reason for flare-ups.

The biggest mistake I see women make is trying to fix endometriosis with one thing.

Or eliminating so much from their life!!

Endometriosis is a whole-body condition.

Your nervous system matters.

Your stress levels matter.

Your sleep matters.

Your energy management matters.

Your daily movement matters.

Your nutrition matters.

You donโ€™t have to live a restricted life either!

Itโ€™s rarely one thing causing your flare-ups.

Your body is always speaking to you before it flares.

Itโ€™s usually the accumulation of multiple things pushing your body beyond what it can currently cope with.

This is why two women with endometriosis can have completely different experiences.

And itโ€™s why generic advice often leaves women feeling frustrated and stuck.

Learning to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it can be a game changer.

Movie recommendations please?

I know thatโ€™s not what many women with endometriosis want to hear, but itโ€™s true.

Surgery can provide relief (if youโ€™re lucky enough to access it and it works for you).

Specialists can guide you and recommend the treatments they believe are best.

Supplements can support you, if your diet is on point.

But none of them can do the daily work for you.

Medical care matters.

Surgery has a place.

Medication has a place.

Specialists have a place.

But endometriosis isnโ€™t something you only deal with in a hospital appointment.

The other 23 hours of the day are where women actually live with endometriosis.

Thatโ€™s where symptoms are managed before they become flare-ups.

Thatโ€™s where energy is protected before fatigue takes over.

Thatโ€™s where stress is managed before burnout hits.

Thatโ€™s where habits are built that support your body rather than work against it.

Thatโ€™s where quality of life improves.

And thatโ€™s where you stop feeling like endometriosis is controlling every aspect of your life.

Iโ€™m not going to tell you itโ€™s easy.

There is work to do.

But it is absolutely possible to live a better life with endometriosis.

How do you feel when someone pronounces your name wrong / calls you something different??

There was a time when couldnโ€™t imagine going a day without obsessing over calories, when every meal came with guilt and every workout felt like punishment.

Now, she runs marathons and fuels for them - with joy!

She is strong and a has a body she no longer tries to shrink, but celebrates it for what it can do!

This isnโ€™t just another running story.

Itโ€™s a recovery one!

A story of healing a broken relationship with food, rebuilding self-worth, and learning to trust and LOVE her body.

Because what many people donโ€™t see is that an eating disorder isnโ€™t just about food โ€” itโ€™s about control, self-image, and deep-rooted beliefs weโ€™ve carried for too long.

For women in midlife especially, this hits hard.

Growing up we were surrounded by women trying to shrink them selves and be as small as possible!

Weโ€™ve spent decades being told smaller is better, hunger is willpower, and rest is laziness.

But thatโ€™s couldnโ€™t be further from the truth of what is good for us!

At the weekend we had our Warrior Chic Team Success Day, and yes, we did a park run, had food, shared stories, did a mid-year reset workshop, hot seat warrior chic, yoga flow and spent the day togetherโ€ฆ but what struck me most wasnโ€™t any of that.

It was the power of community.

In a world where so many women feel like they have to do everything alone, there is something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you win.

Women who celebrate your successes, pick you up when youโ€™re struggling, cheer you on at events, sit beside you when life gets hard, and remind you of who you are when youโ€™ve forgotten.

Fitness is never just about fitness.

Health is never just about health.

The real transformation happens when you find your people.

At , weโ€™ve built so much more than a gym or a coaching programme. Weโ€™ve built a community of women who support each other through lifeโ€™s highs, lows, challenges and victories.

And after a day like Saturday, Iโ€™m reminded that community might just be the most powerful thing of all.
