Summer classes have been going off with a bang. Unfortunately I've been held up at work and the lovely Rachel will be covering tonight. will see you all as normal on Thursday!

Hi Guys Hope your all enjoying the sunshine! At the mo classes are on but I know a few are not going because it's too hot. I'll be checking with the centres in the next hour for an update but can I advise if your planning on coming, only come if you have kept yourself fully hydrated throughout the day! This doesn't mean 1 glass of water and hundreds of tea and coffee 😂😂

Happy Friday everyone! I'm still on holiday and will be returning to normal on Monday 21st May - I've not managed to get cover for Saturday (tomorrow morning at Fairhill).
