With everything that is going on just now, it can feel like a very stressful time and I personally have felt my yoga has really helped me 💗💗

I want to help you all zone out and relax so we can all get through this together and I’m offering 2 live weekly yoga classes for £15per month payable via PayPal.

Classes are:
Thursdays at 630pm
Sunday’s at 6pm

Classes are Hatha yoga so are suitable for everyone of all levels

One to one private Zoom yoga sessions also available.
