Autumn days are great and I love the autumnal colours. What I'm not so keen on, is less daylight hours.
I am prioritising,
🍂 morning walks
🍂 chatting with friends
🍂 fun movement I want to do

Acupuncture is also great for regulating and supporting wellbeing

I often get asked by people interested in acupuncture if it can treat multiple symptoms and the answer is yes because acupuncturists are trained to treat the whole person. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncturist I want to hear about all aspects of your life both physical and emotional in order to work out the best way to treat you as an individual. wrote about her experience of acupuncture for chronic pain related to autoimmune conditions in The Herald yesterday and describes the experience from the client's perspective.

If you are interested in finding out more about how acupuncture could help you send me a message.

It is good to ask your perspective acupuncturist about their training and which organisation they are a professional member of. Members of the British Acupuncture Council have passed a three year degree training course and adhere to strict self-regulating standards.

This Bergonia masoniana is thriving in the warmth and light of my Queen's Park Acupuncture treatment room. This plant is usually found at the foot of a quiet mountain but it seems to like it's home in Strathbungo, Glasgow. Taylor from (where I bought it from), tells me its unusal for the Bergonia to flower in Scotland. I reckon it likes the nurturing and peaceful acupuncture vibes.
