Hi everyone.

We appreciate everyone is busy with Christmas events and shopping and parents are struggling to get our students to class. Its a very difficult time of the year. Therefor we regret to inform everyone that our last class next week will be cancelled.

However we would like to invite any of our students from our Milngavie class to our two Christmas classes in West Dunbartonshire on :

Monday the 17th at 6:15 pm at Awestruck academy in Clydebank

Tuesday the 18th at pm at The West Of Scotland Autistic and Asperger's center in Renton

This morning we will be looking at "bridges"
Which means floor work!!!

Again another simple yet effective skill.

If a bully or attacker has you on the floor and is sitting on top of you , striking or pulling at you, and you feel there is no way out..there is.

This video is a bit technical you can miss the first minute but after that it's a simple display of how to bridge and get out. We won't cover all the technical points tonight just the basics how to do it.

We regret to inform our parents that our class will have to be cancelled tomorrow morning at Milngavie Scouts hall.

This is due to various reasons such as, the weather, we have had eight parents contact us saying their child won't be there due to going away and due to the Instructor being ill :(.

Please tag, share and spread the word that tomorrow's class is cancelled.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. A free class will be given to you within next our next term.
We can also offer you an alternative class next week
Monday at 6:15 in Clydebank
Or
Tuesday at 6pm in Dunbarton.

Bullies and attackers use these early dark evenings to hide themselves, to make themselves unidentifiable, using self defense and counter attacks will stop them on their tracks!!

Good evening everyone sorry it's a late post.

Class is on as per usual tomorrow morning we will be looking at 360s and counter attacks.

As you may have noticed our class numbers have declined (which we are gutted about as it was our busiest class). The future is uncertain as it's hard to keep going with such low numbers.

However we have a plan!!!!

Lots of work has been happened behind the scenes over the past weekends to our new branding, our new t-shirts, our new start. Exciting times ahead guys :).

We are developing new programs to match the new challenges in our inviroment as well as gradual changing our training and improvement of techniques.
Krav Maga is always evolving with the world around us.

Remember attackers and bullies use the darkness to hide there attack on is. Be aware of your surroundings, be aware of who is around you and be aware of your safety.
