Mobility & flexibility.

If you have hip or ankle pain when you squat or run for example, try these poses and movements to improve your mobility ππΌ.

These should take no longer than 5minutes, repeat daily for two weeks, and retest your squat depth, and hip flexibility (for example the first stretch you should be able to push further forward).

It's important to have recovery days. Days off training to eat well and hydrate. I try to make sure my days off training are completely stress free, relaxed and focussed on me and the family.
Don't forget to look after yourself relax at least once a week.
MORNING MOTIVATION
Have your biggest dreams written and visible for you to see the minute you wake up.
Our brains constantly need reminding of what we want from our lives. Having it written down creates a massive shift in our psyches and belief systems because what is simply a thought and a dream suddenly becomes tangible and clearly visible for everyone to see.
It suddenly no longer becomes a vivid imagination, but something that could actually become a reality.
