I was gonna post a life update carousel up but needed to clear the heed a bit so here's my goofy Spock like picture instead to hook you in 🎣

I've seen a lot of value posts coming out from PTs and people in the industry recently πŸ‘πŸ‘

A lot more emphasis on actually training your people well and to move better rather than swearing by 1000 burpee buy ins as the way forward πŸ˜…

Talking about the s**t parts of the fitness space like when you put time into a project that bombs rather than just showing the busiest session of the week.

The juggle is real, trying to run a business, being present and providing for my family, staying on top of training as well as being there for friends and fam if they put an Andy shaped signal in the sky!

As I say, recent posts I've seen tells me I'm not alone with these thoughts, so hear is what keeps me from paralysis when the to do list is giving me the heeby jeebies.

Don't let life happen to you.
Do the thing!
Even if there are 12 things...doing 8 of them is better than nada and will always make you feel better.

43 seconds to make your body feel BETTER πŸ™Œ

I sent this video to a client who was needing some movement away from the gym.

Full body mobility and a circuit to work through βœ…οΈ

Prep
A1 Best stretch in the world x6 each
A2 Cat cow until your spine feels class
A3 Deadbugs to pin lower back to mat and get your core on
A4 Forearm plank for 20-30 secs. Make sure those glutes are squeezed and tailbone is tucked πŸ‘
Repeat as many times as your spine needs.

Circuit
B1 Toe tap squats 30 secs
B2 Walkout up dog + press up x6-10
B3 T raises to light up the back. Keep the shudders away from your ears! 12-15 reps to balance those press ups.
3/4 rounds and you'll be feeling TOP of the pops.
