Voting closed for the Fan Rep Director Elections 2025 at 10pm last night.

The result was as follows:

Eligible electorate: 2523 beneficiaries
Ballots cast: 883 (35% turnout)

Votes received by each candidate

Alistair Gray - 584
Max Ramsay - 551
Paul Goodwin - 430

There being two positions available, Alistair Gray and Max Ramsay are therefore the two nominees for Fan Rep Director to be put forward at the late 2025 AGM.

Thank you to the 1494 fans who participated in the beneficiary vote on Tranche 2.

🔴 58% turnout of the eligible electorate of 2575
🟡 1393 votes in favour (93.2%)
🔴 82 votes against (5.5%)
🟡 19 abstention ballots (1.3%)

Partick Thistle fans have therefore decisively endorsed the Tranche 2 proposal, which will go ahead subject to a shareholder vote at the Club's January 2025 Annual General Meeting.

With just over a day left until voting closes, 1,422 Jags fans have participated in the beneficiary vote on the Tranche 2 investment proposal.

Turnout has already exceeded 55%.

The final reminder email for those still to take part went out at 10pm yesterday.
