This block will last 6 weeks, is open to all levels of fitness and will be running 3 days a week:

- Tuesday 20:15 - 21:15
- Thursday 20:15 - 21:15
- Sunday 10:00 - 11:00

Simply select the 1 or 2 sessions per week that suit you and that’s your training sorted! 🏋🏻‍♀️

🔥TRIAL BOOTCAMP🔥

This week I will be running 4 trial Bootcamp classes, if you’re interested in attending any of the following class times just message me directly to reserve your place!

▪Tuesday 10th 8:15-9:15pm

My 8 week New Year Bootcamp block is scheduled to run from:

* Tuesday 14th Jan - 3rd Mar (8:15-9:15pm)

* Thursday 16th Jan - 5th Mar (8:15-9:15pm)

* Sunday 19th Jan - 8th Mar (11:30-12:30)

All you need to do is select what day and time suits you best and I’ll reserve your place for each week. You also have the option to do two days a week or change your day as the weeks go on if needed! 💪🏻

⛔AVOID THIS COMMON PUSH-UP MISTAKE!!⛔

The push-up is an exercise I find many of my clients struggle with, however a common mistake I often see is the incorrect alignment of the elbow and wrist during the push-up, that if not corrected normally creates a tricep dominant movement and drives unwanted force into the elbow joint. 🤕

Here is a quick visual to keep in mind when next performing the push-up to avoid this common mistake! 🤓

Focus on keeping your elbows over your wrists and your forearm vertical throughout the movement! This set up will allow you to generate optimal force and make your push-up stronger!💪🏻

Although it may not be possible for everyone to achieve the perfect elbow and wrist alignment due to differing limb lengths and muscular imbalances, the more you strive towards perfect form the more improvements you’ll see and the safer you’ll be! ✅
