**“At 53… most men are going the other way.”**

Belly getting bigger.
Energy dropping.
Jeans getting tighter every year.

And the usual line…

“Ah well… it’s just age.”



George didn’t buy into that.

**53 years old.**
10 weeks.

➡️ **2 jean sizes gone**

**“I thought this was just what happens at my age…”**

That’s what Jenni said to me at the start.

48 years old.
Menopausal.
Tired all the time.
Weight creeping up no matter what she tried.

𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 💪

Big weekend in the studio.

Everyone across Tier 1, 2 & 3 stepped up and put their work to the test — and honestly, the standard just keeps getting better.

Some of the first-timers were nervous coming in… but still showed up and got it done.
Others pushing for PBs and raising the bar again.

That’s what it’s about.

Not perfection. Not being the fittest in the room.
Just turning up, putting the effort in, and progressing every time.

Proud of every single one of you.

Meet Gordon – 54 years old.

Full-time job. Dad. Busy life.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮, 𝗮 𝟰𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟬 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸

Over the last 10 weeks, Fiona has:
