Ramadan is now over and Eid has passed…
and maybe you’re sitting there thinking,

“I didn’t lose weight.”

So let’s be honest for a moment… what actually happened during Ramadan?

✨️Was movement there… or did it stop?
✨️Were portions bigger at iftar?
✨️More fried foods, more sweets?
✨️Late nights, missed suhoor, less structure?

Fasting changes when we eat, not automatically how we eat.

Now we’re out of Ramadan, this is where things shift.

We’ve got around 12 weeks until summer, until the kids break up, until holiday season starts.

So the question is… where do you want to be?

You don’t need anything extreme.

You just need to start moving again, bring structure back, and make a few better choices consistently.
