Monday to Thursday: on plan.
Weekend: f*ck it.
Monday: "I'll try again."

Sound familiar?

You're not failing because you lack willpower. You're failing because you don't actually have a plan, you're following something ChatGPT spat out because asking for real help feels like admitting defeat.

Then you change your program every few weeks because a TikTok influencer convinced you it's the missing piece. Perfect workout, meal deal after, same body in the mirror the next morning.

Here's what you actually need: a way of training that holds up against real life, not just the weeks you feel motivated.

If you're sick of starting over every Monday, DM "TRANSFORM" and let's talk.

Aidan's Transformation V2 πŸ”₯

After a 10 week fat loss phase leading into a holiday we've blown our last transformation out of the water even more. In the last 10 weeks Aidan dropped 5kg of bodyfat alone, bringing our total since the start of the year to 8.2kg πŸ“ˆ

During this time he also moved house, changed gyms, went out most weekends and didn't once cut back on spending time with friends and family. This is exactly how a transformation should be πŸ’―

4 Months Work with IFBB Pro Andy Scott 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🦍

Final 6 weeks before the first planned show of the year, this is where every day counts more than ever. Every little detail and variable that can be controlled is a % closer to winning;

Training, Cardio, Steps, Nutrition, Posing all has to be nailed.

This is the fun bit, the bit that seperates a diet from a prep. The people that are there to take part and the people that are there to win.

Let's go πŸ†

I've coached a lot of people. The ones who get the best results all do the same handful of things.

They check in on time, every week, no excuses. If they mess up, they tell me straight away instead of hiding it. They take ownership instead of pointing fingers. They chase good and consistent over perfect and sporadic. And most of them wasted months or years trying to figure it out alone before they got here.

None of it is complicated. It's just the difference between the people who get results and the people who stay stuck.

DM "TRANSFORM" and let's talk about your goals.

Getting the itch to be back in the sun β˜€οΈ

I've always wanted to finish up the final weeks of my prep doing a fight-camp style setup abroad but whatever the bodybuilding equivalent is.

Few more years of growing the business and we'll get ourselves there πŸ’ͺ

I get asked all the time how I manage to fit everything in like I'm gatekeeping some sort of magic time management hack.

I don't. I just stopped treating every decision like it needed to be made in the moment.

Training's non-negotiable, so it's never up for debate. Food's prepped, so it's never a choice. Business tasks live in blocks, not in my head all day. Sleep isn't the first thing to go when things get busy, it's protected like everything else.

I don't have more hours than anyone else. I just stopped wasting the ones I've got.

If your training is the thing that keeps falling through the cracks, that's exactly what I help with.

DM "BALANCE" and let's sort it.

Meant to post this a few weeks back, it's just over 7 years to the day since I first stepped on stage (July 7th 2019) and I'm now 7 weeks out from my 18th show of my career.

It's very easy to get caught up comparing yourself to people that are much further ahead of you in this game but every now and then I manage to look back and appreciate how far I've come since the start. Still the same goal, still the same guy, just a bit more muscle on my frame and a hell of a lot more knowledge and understanding πŸ†
