🚨 We’re Hiring! 🚨
The University of Glasgow men’s Hockey Club is looking for a new Head Coach to lead our performance squad

What we’re looking for:

• Strong technical & tactical hockey knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and a great team player
• Experience developing young or inexperienced players
• Committed to continuous professional development
• Scottish / FIH Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience at National League level (or equivalent)
• First Aid trained

Key responsibilities:

• Lead weekly training for men’s Performance squads
• Manage squad selection & matchday line-ups
• Plan and deliver high-performance training sessions
• Analyse performance (including video analysis)
• Deliver and oversee pre-season from August 2026
• Collaborate with staff, coaches & club committee

Commitment: 4–12 hours per week during the season (depending on availability)
Salary: £4,000–£5,000 (self-employed basis)
