Three Devils teams hit the court last week—plenty of battles, but no Ws this time.

Results:
SW: Fought hard on the road against Gladiators.
SM2: Defended home court but fell to a couple of buckets.
SM1: Took it to Edinburgh, but a third-quarter surge sealed the result.

Tough results but there is plenty of basketball still to look forward to.

Tough week for the Devils with no wins on the board.
Results:
SM3: Third-quarter rally but couldn’t close it vs. GCBC.
SM2: Shots didn’t fall, but a strong battle against Glasgow Uni.
U/16: Faced a tough Renfrew Rocks squad—young Devils still growing.
SM1: Defensive hustle was strong, but offense fell short.

Fixtures:
SW host Glasgow Fever—first game of the new year.
SM3 welcome Renfrew Rocks—time to get back to winning ways.
U/16 go to Renfrew this week in the reverse fixture.
SM1 take on Dunfermline Reign at home.

SM3: Weekend action saw shining moments despite the result.
SM1: A slow start turned into a nail-biter! No win this time, but the progress is undeniable.

SM3 host GCBC in what is always a thrilling game.
SM2 make a very short trip to Kelvin Hall vs. Glasgow Uni.

🏀 The Devils are back in action for 2025!
Here’s what went down last week, and some exciting games to look forward to.

Results:
- SM3: Made the journey down to Ayr – a back and forth game ended in a Devils dub.
- SM1: Displayed a ton of progress against Renfrew Rocks. A nail bitter but they fell just short.
- U/16s: Trip to Ayr to take on a strong side. No win this time but plenty to build on.

Fixtures:
3 teams take the court this week.

- U/16s vs. Glasgow Rens on Wednesday.
- SM2 comes back hosting Irvine Sharks.
- SM1 takes on St Mirren in their first home game of 2025.

As always, fans are more than welcome – 2025 is the year of the Devils 👹

Weekly results!

Last week, all of our senior teams were in action:

🏀 SM3 kicked off the week, taking on a skillful Glasgow Rocks side. The game was decided in the final 2 minutes, with plenty of fight shown throughout.
🏀 SM2 dug deep to secure a nail-biting win against EK Spartans. Incredible grit and determination on display!
🏀 SW faced the youthful Glasgow Uni team. It was a close one, but Glasgow Uni just edged ahead. Plenty to build on for the season ahead.
🏀 SM1 traveled to Edinburgh for a tough game. A challenging scoreline, but the team stay united and committed to developing together.

Great effort across the board—we push onto the week ahead.

Last week brought some highs, tough battles, and plenty of growth on the court!
- U/16s crushed it with a BIG win over SL Colliers – showing they’re on the rise 👏
- SM3 fought valiantly in the Anderson Cup but bowed out to 1st Division Lockerbie Tornadoes.
- SM1 showed grit in a loss to Boroughmuir Blaze, proving just how far they’ve come since their last matchup.

- Monday: SM3 took on Glasgow Storm … sneak peek: it’s a W! 💪
- Friday: Our SW face off against Renfrew Rocks at Park Villa Community Sports Hub.
- Saturday: SM2 battle take on Glasgow Uni Tigers and SM1 hit the road to Dunfermline Reign.

🔥 Our Women's team kicked things off with a HUGE win over Ayr Storm! 💥
Tough break for our Senior Men 2 & 3 teams, who couldn’t protect their homecourt. The SM2 game against Broncos was a nail-biter! 😬
And our Senior Men 1 team battled hard on the road but fell to a strong St. Mirren squad.

Some great basketball played all round – we look forward to the week ahead!
