Club Announcement

After much consideration, Accolts will not be moving to Albion Rovers.

While this opportunity wasn’t meant to be, we remain excited about the future and will continue to grow and develop, just as we have done over the past 10 years.

We would like to thank Albion Rovers Community Club for their time and wish them every success in the future.

After an incredible journey as ACColts, we are proud to announce that we are now moving forward as part of Albion Rovers Football Club.

What started with a single 2009 age group, bringing local boys together and helping them develop both on and off the pitch, quickly grew into multiple teams competing across grassroots football and in successful tournaments throughout the UK .

Over the years, our coaches have had the privilege of working with so many fantastic young players, watching them grow in confidence, ability, and character. One of our proudest achievements has been seeing a number of boys progress into pro youth systems — something that reflects the hard work and dedication shown by everyone involved.

This move to Albion Rovers creates an exciting new chapter for the club and, most importantly, provides our players with a genuine pathway into senior football. It’s a huge opportunity for the boys to continue their development within a strong football environment and community club.

We would like to thank every player, parent, coach, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter who has been part of the ACColts journey. Your support over the years has meant everything to us and helped build something truly special.

GREAT weekend for 2010’s

Well deserved league win vs Motherwell CT FC and unlucky beaten finalist in the Blantyre Celtic Festival.

All the boys have worked their socks off all weekend and deserve all the praise coming their way. Special mention to Zach who we had ruled out for the season coming in today to help the boys out and didn’t look like he’s been away 👏🏻👏🏻

Some good goals today but Ethan’s effort has to be goal of the day 🚀🎯

2010’s - A tough one on paper, but the scoreline doesn’t reflect the game.

The boys deserved more — especially with the conditions playing a huge part. The wind made it really difficult, particularly in the second half, but they kept trying to play the right way.

We more than held our own — Riverside were just clinical when their moments came. Well played and good luck for the rest of the season 👏🏻👏🏻

Plenty positives to take, and we go again.
