I care and hold a lot of passion for my clients and there is nothing of more value to me than seeing them go through an experience that makes them feel happy, confident and strong. I realise that your health affects many aspects of your life and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that made me the person I am today.

⛰️ The benefits of nature on our wellbeing have been documented for decades. We’re very lucky to have the Scottish landscapes on our doorstep and we want to help preserve them for everyone to enjoy by donating a monthly share of our studio revenue to Keep Scotland Beautiful. This charity combats climate change through grassroots programmes and tackles litter and waste to help restore nature and biodiversity.

🍂 as autumn rolls in, our bodies will be pushed and pulled by reduced daylight hours and colder days. The key is to try and keep going with the structure you’ve done so well to build throughout the summer months.
- Keep sleep and alarms consistent.
- Keep moving at the same times, even if that means wrapping up 🥶
- If you feel like motivation might be a factor throughout autumn or winter, look at your goals and see what’s realistic to keep you pushing through.
