Stuck for a workout? Then I have you covered and all you need is a little space and maybe 1 or 2 Kettlebells with one being moderate to heavy as you can manage and the other can be lighter to medium weight. Follow the workouts both are 2 minutes per exercise. Let me know how you get on and if you need any help!
