We are sports therapists who provide specialist sports injury treatments. The service is run and managed by Julie Kavanagh, a graduate sports therapist with over 4 years’ experience working in different areas of sport. Fully qualified, trained as a sports therapist where specific skills and experience is used to assess injury, provide immediate care of injuries, re-educate mo

vement, reduce stiffness, improve stability, promote recovery in a safe and effective manner, plan and implement appropriate rehabilitation programmes and prevent recurrence of injuries. What we do

Our team is mobile – so we can come to your work place or home. The treatments we offer are:

Injury assessments
Spinal assessments
Sports/ Swedish massage
Peripheral and Spinal mobilisations
Kinesio taping
Hydro therapy
Rehabilitation

All treatment requires an initial assessment which allows us to decide on what is the best treatment for you. Patients under the age of 16 must have parents or guardians consent. Fee's

Initial assessment and treatment £30
To determine the problem/ injury and most effective treatment for you. (approx 1 hour)

Follow up treatment sessions £30
Initial and ongoing treatment with full client support (approx 1 hour)

Sports Massage - £25 for session lasting 30 minutes (normally lower or upper body)

Sports Massage - £35 for session lasting 50 minutes. Sports Massage - £50 for session lasting 1 hour 30 minutes (normally full body massage)

A new month and a new challenge for the May’s mays_tri_harder

Not only are Sara and Steven my friends both are my clients ☺️

Both have just landed in Venice to complete their first ever Iron Man Eeeekkkkk 😬👏🏻

It’s all getting real now 🤗

The Mays have been training hard for a over year and are raising funds for Parkinson’s

Can we wish them both loads of luck and to most importantly have THE best experience ♥️

As we are in the last day of April, there are a few of my clients that have been very busy during the month … I’m so very proud and absolutely BUZZZZZING for each and every one of them 🥰♥️

We had some of the Kilsyth runners completing the Manchester marathon mid April, all of whom SMASHED it ♥️ this group were mixed ages and abilities with different goals.

Matthew completed the Manchester marathon too with relentless training and dedication whoop whoop.

Then we have Colin who completed the Devils O Highlands ultra marthon on an ultra hot day last weekend - what an achievement 👏🏻

Young Aimee SMASHED her swimming at East Kilbride Long Course Age Group Meet

Then the lovely Emma completing the kilt walk with her friends who all raised money for Scottish Action for Mental Health

Proud as punch for all of them and absolutely bursting with excitement at all achieving the goals they have set ♥️

Since coming back from maternity in July I have had the honour of meeting 77 new clients, all thanks to you for recommending and spreading the word, I’m always grateful for those of you who do so and I never forget it ♥️

Pauline – Champion on the World Stage! 🏅

I’m so thrilled and honoured to shine a spotlight on my client l Pauline, who has recently returned from Canada with a very snazzy gold medal under her belt! 🇨🇦✨whoop whoop

Representing in the Atlantic International Challenge, Pauline competed against top athletes from Canada, the USA, and Ireland. She brought home gold medals with the Para Team

But that’s not all…

Back on home soil, Pauline continued her winning streak by taking first place in the Scottish National Championship 2025 for Para Ladies B6/7/8. 🏴👏

She also won the Scottish National Open Para Pairs 2025 with her bowling partner

Pauline’s dedication, resilience, and talent are an inspiration to us all. Keep smashing it, Pauline – I couldn’t be prouder! 💪🥇🌟

👀 A wee sneak peak into the new hybrid session I will now be offering 👀

Ive been working in the background whilst on maternity leave to bring something new to you guys 😊

Stretching session are becoming increasingly popular around the country and I always moan at a few of you for not doing enough of it … So why not pair massage and stretching together 🤭

It’s the perfect combination for anyone who suffers from general stiffness, tightness and lack of mobility. These sessions are designed to help sporting and non sporting individuals ☺️

GUESS WHO’S BACKKKK 😃♥️

After being off the past 4 months with my new wee bestie Marnie 👶🏻 I’m back to work the week beginning the Monday 14th July

I will be coming back on a part time basis and all bookings will be taken through Fresha

There is a price increase of £5 to all treatments. I’m also excited to announce that there is a new treatment available and there will be an introductory offer with it for the rest of July and August ☺️

I will now be offering stretch sessions. Assisted stretching is becoming more popular in the fitness industry where stretch labs are popping up across the country to help alleviate tension and to aid recovery. Stretch sessions involve the therapist working with you to stretch and increase movement throughout your body using different stretches. It allows for you to become more aware of your body and its strengths and weaknesses. Assisted stretching is rapidly becoming more and more popular so lets give it a bash … there is definitely a few of you that need this ( you know how you are 😆 ) … your not getting away with not doing it now 😆

ANNNND on-top of that I will also be offering a HYBRID session which will incorporate stretching and massage together 🤭 this too has an introductory offer on for the rest of July and August its so exciting I cant wait to get started

Today is my final day before maternity leave 🥹👶🏻

I’m so grateful for everyone’s support since day one and especially over the past 6 months

My clients are amazing and I couldn't ask for any better people to work with ♥️ I’m so grateful for all the gifts, advice and patience you have all given me lately; I will never forget it ♥️

Over the past 6 weeks when I’ve said my goodbyes I’ve been a wee bit upset after each of you have left … I mean who am I going speak to about all the mad stuff we speak about 😆

Ill be back as soon as I can with my wee side kicks, Ollie, Kurt Cobone and … 👶🏻

The last shift of 2024 completed ✔️

You are all amazing at supporting me for another year, for example in the last 8 weeks Ive had 22 new clients and its all down to you lot ♥️

Thank you to every last one of you for another year of great laughs, amazing conversations and just being the best clients anyone could ask for , I’ll never forget it ♥️🥹
