Muay Thai instruction open to all levels from beginners to A class fighter. Promoting wellbeing!
We run Muay Thai and fitness training classes for both kids and Adults in Glasgow and Greenock at various locations and training venues. All experience levels covered from beginner to competitive fighters.

From the beginning of next week ( Monday 4th May ) our new timetable kicks in and we are looking forward to delivering a range of new sessions from our new home in partnership with Smart Gym, Unit 2 at The Wedge in Po***ck.
Monday;
U12's 6-6.45pm.
U16's 7-8pm.
Youths/adults 8-9.
Tuesday;
Youths/adults 7-9pm ( yorkhill ).
Wednesday ;
U12's 4-4.45pm ( Eastwood High ).
U16's 4.45-5.45pm ( Eastwood High ).
Youths/adults beginners 6.30-7.30pm.
Intermediate/advanced 7.30-9pm.
Thursday;
Youths/adults 7-9pm ( yorkhill ).
Friday;
U12's 4-4.45pm.
U 12's 6-6.45pm.
Youths/adults 7-8pm.
Sparring 8-pm

Michael's fight at Siam wars
Unfortunately Michael lost by unanimous decision but he continued to fight hard through all five rounds showing strength throughout, despite his loss we are all super proud of him
