Im very detail oriented.

Looking at someones physique and finding poses that really make their features pop is process that takes time and plenty of tweaks.

I want clients to be blown away with their shoot.
•
Some times the perfect shot just comes to you and thats what happened here.
•
We had Lorraine dialled in on this position and then we found out on the shoot that you couldn't see her abs.
•
Lorraine said 'What about this?' and lifted herself up from her elbows onto her hands and held it like an acrobatic pro.
•
The final result speaks for itself - magnifique!

Keep the promises you make yourself.

What days and times are you going to train?
•
What days and times are you going to prepare your meals?
•
What days and times are your going to tick off your steps/cardio?
•
Be flexible with your plan as the week wont pan out as expected - but if you say youre going to do something set it in stone and by Sunday next week have it done.
•
Do this for 30days. No ifs, no buts.
•
If you can nail things for other people - you can nail them for yourself.
