Here we go, first post ever and I’m making it a good one.
To celebrate our opening at the new gym (𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯) I’ve put together an incredible special offer for our brand new service.
We are now proud to say that we will be offering GROUP PT sessions for up to 5 people in our new premises. Months in the planning has brought us here and I am so excited to share with you this amazing new service.
THE OFFER:
• Group PT Sessions at only £100 per month per person (usually £150 per month per person)
• You and up to 4 friends (4 person minimum)
• 2 intensive 1 hour PT sessions per week
• Nutritional guidance

Tofu Noodle Soup 🍜
This was absolutely banging and coming in at only 480 calories with 25g protein it’s one not to be missed AND it’s mega easy too!
For 2 people:
• 2 nests (50g each) rice noodles,
• small tin of sweetcorn,
• 50g edamame beans
• 50g onion
• 50g pepper
• 200g block tofu (diced, floured and baked before hand)
• 50g white miso paste
• 50g cabbage (shredded)
Bake the tofu in the oven until nice and crispy while in a big wok add some water/oil/fry light and throw in your onion, pepper and cabbage. After about 5 minutes chuck in the miso paste, edamame and sweetcorn. Boil the kettle and cook your noodles until al denté and about 500-700ml of boiling water to your wok. Simmer for about 7 minutes and add the noodles and serve! Top with some spring onion or whatever else you choose et voilà!
