We are half way through the year, how crazy fast is this year going??
So much has changed in the past few weeks/months with myself. My weight is still the same, I have come to realise that I am a size 18 now.
It’s taken me a lot to say that out loud. My chest is a 38 J which I’ve been before but not for years and years.
But I’ve been here before and lost it, a good few times now, but it doesn’t mean I have to stop here.
We might be 6 months in to this year but there are plenty years left for me to change. Change my mindset and build a healthier lifestyle.
It starts today!
I’ve been busy with life till now, still busy but more control over it, so now I need to focus on me.

Good morning everyone ☺️
My name is Carolynn, I used to run the Govan and Ibrox weight watchers meetings last year. I had been a coach for over 7 years, lost 5 stone and kept it off for around 5 years.
I left weight watchers, it just wasn’t the same anymore and I felt like they weren’t listening to their members, and now I’ve started up my own weight loss and wellness workshops.
I am looking to bring back the community aspect of weight loss, support from each other and myself as your coach.
Now I’m 42, with a full time job in education, bought a house and going through perimenopause 😭
The weight has gone back on because my routines and habits have completely changed, not to mention hormones!!
So together we can support each other!
Tonight (every Tuesday) in the pierce institute from 6:45-7:45 come along and see for yourself.
First class is £4 (£4 over 60’s £5 under 60’s)
Tea and coffee available (small donation) and great banter!

Right… here goes!
I track my weight daily, in lbs, in the Team RH app. I am going to posting (probably in my stories) daily what my weight is.
Why?
Because I need the accountability! I know I have my classes with members coming into get weighed, but I don’t have anyone to be accountable with. So I’m going to do it here.
You can all be my accountability buddies.
This week we spoke about not being perfect, and how it’s consistency over perfection. I’ve not mastered tracking everything every day yet… but I’m building slowly.
So, will you help me to be accountable?

Wearing a new top I got from Vinted and a cardigan I’ve had longer than Olivia has been here. My new Charlotte Tilbury ‘tell Laura’ lipstick and fresh new roots done by the fabulous Rachel Gray and I feel amazing 🤩
My mum and I went off to the cinema to watch ‘the devil wears prada 2’ (amazing by the way) armed with my chip sticks and skinny whip bar. We did treat ourselves to a wee frappè which was lovely ☺️
Sometimes you need to take a day off, put on your favourite colour or your favourite lipstick or perfume and just enjoy the day.
Little moments like today make life good 😊
