Quick one 🙋🏼♂️
You probably didn’t notice that this page hasn’t been very active, and wont be going forward.
I’ve moved everything over to my new page 👉🏻 https://www.facebook.com/share/14SWxTJEysF/?mibextid=wwXIfr
If you’ve enjoyed the content, training, or wee bits of advice over the years, I’d really appreciate you heading over and giving the new page a follow / like.
And if you’re local to the gym(Maryhill), a share would mean a lot.
It helps the right people find my new page and see what the small group training is all about.
Cheers for the support as always 🙌🏻
Hopefully see you over there💪🏻

Got a few pounds to shift but no idea where to start?
Feel like you’re constantly saying
RIGHT, this is the week
then the kids get ill, work goes mental, and suddenly it’s Thursday and you’re tucking into a kebab?
Aye. Been there.
That’s why I built this program, for parents who are knackered, busy, and trying their best…
If you’re fed up feeling sluggish…
If your jeans are giving you the fear…
If you just want to feel like you again…
Swipe through and have a nosey.
See if it sounds like something that would actually fit.
And if it does?
Drop me a DM and we’ll have a chat and see about getting you set up for January so you’re not doing the classic “new year, new me… again” routine.

Aye, actually free.
Access to 2 small group training sessions (4 people max per slot)
Flexible timetable with over 20 time slots to choose from (5:30am til 7:30pm).
No catch.
No hard sell.
No awkward “so are you signing up?” chat.
Just pick a couple of sessions.
Show up and see what it’s all about.
If you’re
🤜🏻Bored of your current routine
🤜🏻Not getting results doing what you’re doing
🤜🏻Fed up wandering around the gym aimlessly
🤜🏻Sick of waiting for equipment to be free
🤜🏻Unsure if what you’re doing is even right
Come give it a try.
If you like it, cool.
If you don’t, cool.
You will though.

The difference between trying another diet and actually changing your life?
It’s not about restricting more.
It’s about finding a sustainable approach that works WITH your real life.
Caroline had tried countless times before.
What made this time different? Permission.
“Don’t be too hard on myself”
that’s what she says was key to finally breaking the cycle.
If you’re tired of starting over every other Monday, maybe it’s time for a different approach.
Drop a “CYCLE” if you’re ready to break the YO YO dieting for good.

"Will this work for me if I'm not already fit?"
That’s the question I got asked earlier today.
The short answer. Absolutely yes.
In fact, that's exactly who my training is designed for.
If you’re already walking into the gym and feel comfortable in that environment, good on ya.
If you already know what you're doing, crack on.
If you don't feel like a right plonker trying to figure out how the machines work, you’ve cracked it.
My small group training exists for everyone else.
For the person who hasn't trained in years.
For the person who feels self conscious.
For the person who once was fit but life, kids, and work got in the way.
On a typical first day with me, clients are proper bricking it.
Haven't set foot in a gym for years or ever.
Convinced they’ll be the most unfit person there and everyone will be judging.
Know what actually happens ?
They realise EVERYONE in the group has the same or similar story.
Different details.
Life got mental, fitness disappeared, confidence went with it.
Six weeks in, they’re the ones welcoming new faces, telling them "Don't worry, I felt the exact same way when I started."
The truth is, being "unfit" is the perfect qualification for joining me.
Because I'm not a fancy performance center for elite athletes.
I'm for regular people who want to feel stronger, move better, and not dread training.
My programming is designed to be scaled for any fitness level. I know how to adjust for beginners.
And most importantly, the community I've built understands that everyone starts somewhere.
So if you're sitting there wondering if you're "fit enough" to start, you are.
That's literally the whole point.
Drop a 👊🏻 below if you've been hesitating to start because you don't feel ready. I'd love to show you that you're more ready than you think.

Monday hits, you're buzzing with motivation, you’ve already got 21 meals prepped and sealed in containers, 5 workouts scheduled in, drinking 4L water daily, and tracking every calorie.
Let’s go.
By Wednesday, you've missed a session.
By Friday, those containers are still sitting in the fridge looking a little soggy.
By Sunday, you're thinking “f**k it”
And round we go again(at some point).
Your brain isn't wired to change everything at once.
It gets overwhelmed and goes right back to what's comfortable.
What actually works?
This…
Pick ONE(or two) areas to work.
Maybe it's just training twice a week. Nothing else.
Don't worry about diet, steps, water intake. Just those two sessions.
Once that's solid, like really autopilot, no thinking required, THEN add something else.
I see this with clients every week.
They are making proper progress and it’s not because they’re doing everything perfectly.
They're showing up consistently for a few key habits.
It's not sexy. It won't get you abs in 14 days.
But it's how my clients built sustainable change that actually sticks.
What ONE habit could you focus on getting consistent with?
26/02/2025
Can you do this on your own? Absolutely.
Should you?
That depends.
Here’s some honesty about the difference
𝗗𝗜𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛:
✅ Free
✅ Train whenever you want
✅ No one to answer to
❌ Scrolling Instagram for random workouts
❌ Not sure if your form is gonna wreck your back
❌ No one notices when you bail for 3 weeks
❌ Program that doesn’t actually progress properly
❌ Doing the same things you’ve always done
❌ No one to help when you hit a plateau
𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛:
✅ Expert eyes on your form
✅ Actual structured programming that progresses
✅ People who text you “you coming tomorrow?”
✅ Accountability beyond just willpower
✅ Someone to adjust when life gets mental
✅ Faster progress (avoiding the trial and error)
✅ Flexible session times
❌ Costs money
❌ Having to admit when you’re struggling
If you’ve tried the DIY route before and it’s worked, that’s class. Stick with it.
But if you’ve been starting and stopping for months (or years)... maybe it’s time to try something different.
The biggest factor? Most people don’t fail because of knowledge.
They fail because of consistency.
And consistency comes easier when you’re not doing it alone.
Drop me “🙋♂️” if you want to break that DIY cycle.
