Another week, another move. Here is something for everybody - bodyweight squats! Power through them in the morning when brushing your teeth or split them up throughout the day to get some movement in between classes. Get creative and keep moving. Add in some jumps or let this be your sign to start this week off with a leg day at the gym.
Use the levels listed above as rough guidelines and set your own goals for the week.

''Summer Training Sessions
Training sessions will run throughout the summer, and anyone is welcome to join! They are typically more informal and have less people there so feel free to attend with some ideas on what you’d like to train.
Our in-person Friday sessions will continue (RC Gym 17:00 – 19:00), and from June 10th. In-person Monday sessions will also start up again! Also in the RC Gym 17:00 – 19:00.
We won't be sending out weekly emails anymore and there may be days where no one can attend so please message ahead if you’re planning on coming to any sessions.
2 Week Break
We are taking a 2 week break before the summer training sessions officially start. There will be no sessions on the following dates:
Fri 27th May
Mon 30th May
Fri 3rd June
Mon 6th June
We do still have the room bookings for Friday so if anyone wants to train during the break, let me know.''
