Total amount raised in our Spin-a-thon was £1130 👏👏👏👏

Thank you to each and everyone of you who donated or attended our event to show your support.

Money raised will go to Cameron’s Companions and Chris’ house. Men’s mental health charities who are there in the darkest of times to support anyone who is struggling.

Alright team, fantastic effort today! The Spinathon was an absolute success! You all crushed it, and I couldn’t be prouder. Not only did we push through some serious endurance, but we also helped raise crucial funds for Cameron's Companions. You guys are making a real difference, that’s what it's all about! Let’s keep the energy up and keep crushing it!

Complete each section before moving onto the next, option is there to complete twice for a 30 minute workout or once for 15 minute workout. Adapt to suit your ability level & Goals 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️.

I have also attached some alternatives next to each exercise to ensure all can be involved. Can be done with or without weights 👍

Section 1: 5 minute Amrap
Thrusters or Squat Jumps 10
Burpees or Star Jumps 10
Press Ups or Tricep dips 10

Section 2: 5 minute Amrap
KB Swings or Burpees 10
