Mums&Bugz Fitness Post Natal Exercise Class for mums based outdoors using buggies Mums&Bugz is a fun fitness class for mums who can't afford childcare and gym membership.

Its takes place in the great outdoors with your baby/toddler all behind the wheels of your buggy! Something so simple and effective but a great way to make you feel more energised. The session combines power walking with strengthening and toning exercises and helps mums to shift postnatal weight and re-tone their bodies after giving birth. After having a baby it is very easy to fall into the trap and stay at home with your baby, making it hard to get out and making time to exercise. Mums&Bugz Fitness is a great way to get u & your baby out in the fresh air and socialise with other mums. One benefit of training outdoors helps to burn 20% more calories, and fresh air is so good for you and your baby/toddler.

The Toddle Waddle is coming to Street! Sign up to spend a fun morning with us on Tuesday 21st September at Merriman Park, getting fresh air and exercise for an excellent cause!

Your £2 registration fee secures your little one a medal and certificate to mark their athletic achievement. There will be cake on sale and some fun activities to round off the morning. If you can. we'd love you to raise some sponsorship from proud friends and family - you'll receive a link to a personal fundraising page and we'll also send you a printable form in case you prefer to do your fundraising offline. All proceeds from the event will go towards free counselling sessions for a child or adult in need of our service.

MUM & BABY YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🤱🏼

Starting on September 15th at Paul Street Community Centre in Shepton Mallet.

Lessons are booked in 6 week blocks and can be booked through my website.

These classes are aimed at mums regaining strength in that first year (and beyond) postpartum. We work on rebuilding strength in the core & pelvic floor. Plus there will be plenty of time for some much needed relaxation.

Ideal for maternity leave as your baby comes too & you get to meet some other mums ☺️
