Since 1st September, Somerset FA mentors have been out supporting 16 young referees across the county 👏⚽

Mentoring plays a vital role in helping our young match officials develop their confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy their refereeing journey. By providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback, our mentors are helping to create a positive environment where referees can thrive.

A huge thank you to all of our mentors for giving up their time to support the future of refereeing, and well done to the 16 referees who have embraced the opportunity to learn and develop 💙
