AJFS Deep Clean: Day 2 of 2.

After literally letting the dust settle, we returned to clean up what remains. As we suspected, the dust was EVERYWHERE, including places we didn’t expect it to settle, so the day took longer than expected but it’s done!

Thanks to my assistant Joseph for putting in a couple tough shifts this weekend and I hope everyone can enjoy a clean, dust-free and cobweb-free gym on Monday 👍

AJFS Deep Clean: Day 1 of 2.

The focus is dusting and removing old cobwebs. We moved everything in the studio and covered with dust sheets before having lunch at Subway. Once returning we split off and cleaned every inch of the gym that is higher than 6ft off the ground using telescopic cleaning equipment.
Day 2 is going to be a big one…the cleanup!
