πŸ’₯ Wednesday Push & Pull πŸ’₯

Push & Pull today.

A good mix of pushing strength and pulling strength to keep everything balanced.

No need to chase big numbers. Concentrate on moving well, working hard, and enjoying the session.

Everyone's at a different stage in their journey, so just focus on your own workout and keep moving forward.

Get yourself in, put the effort in, and let's have another good session.

See you all soon.

πŸ”₯ Tuesday Functional Fitness πŸ”₯

Functional fitness today.

Whatever level you're at, just come in and give it your best. Some days you'll feel full of energy, other days you won't, and that's alright.

The important thing is showing up and putting the work in.

We'll keep you moving, challenge you where we can, and have a good session together.

Bring a bottle of water, a bit of effort, and your sense of humour.

See you all soon.

πŸ’₯ Monday Legs πŸ’₯

Leg day today.

A new week, a fresh start, and another chance to do something positive for yourself.

Don't worry about what you did last week or what anyone else is doing today. Just turn up, put the work in, and leave knowing you've done something your future self will thank you for.

Every session counts, no matter how big or small the progress feels.

Let's get the week off to a good start.

See you all soon.

πŸ’₯ Friday Push & Pull πŸ’₯

Last session of the week.

Push. Pull. Get the work done.

Today's about building strength, improving technique, and finishing the week on a high. No need to overthink itβ€”just come in, put the effort in, and enjoy the session.

Have a good laugh, encourage each other, and let's finish the week the way we started it... working hard.

See you all soon.

πŸ”₯ Thursday Functional Fitness – Circuit Training πŸ”₯

Circuit training today.

We'll be moving from one exercise to the next, keeping the body moving and the heart rate up.

Don't worry about being the fastest. Focus on good movement, keep the effort steady, and encourage the people around you.

Everyone works at their own level, and that's exactly how it should be.

Get yourself in, have a laugh, and let's finish another good session together.

See you all soon.

πŸ’₯ Wednesday Legs πŸ’₯

Leg day today.

Not everyone's favourite... but it's one of the sessions that makes the biggest difference.

Get yourself in, work hard, and don't worry about what anyone else is lifting. Just concentrate on your own session and doing the best you can today.

A few good sets, a bit of effort, and you'll leave feeling glad you came.

See you all soon.

πŸ”₯ Tuesday Functional Fitness πŸ”₯

Functional fitness today.

No matter where you're at with your fitness, today's about getting stuck in and giving it your best.

Work at your own pace, encourage the people around you, and don't be afraid to push yourself a little when you can.

Nobody finishes every workout thinking it was easy, but you'll always be glad you turned up.

See you all soon.

πŸ’ͺ Monday Shoulders πŸ’ͺ

Shoulders to kick the week off.

A good session doesn't have to be complicated. Turn up, put the work in, and concentrate on doing the simple things well.

Whether you're lifting a bit heavier or just working on your technique, every session is another step forward.

Bring a good attitude, encourage the person beside you, and let's have a cracking start to the week.

See you all soon.

Proud of myself this morning....new PB on deadlifts. Said at the start of the year I wanted to do 120kg, lifted it today for first time πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ.

Steady progress, forming technique and the best support and encouragement in the gym Dickies health and fitness πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Excuse the dodgy faces being pulled but needed this on camera 🫒🫣

This is a post Lyndsey King made herself on her own page.
120kg is massive progress for someone who never thought she'd get this strong. This is a common trait in women I've seen over the years, but guess what, it's achievable if you're fully able bodied and consistent with your training. Hats off to you Lyndsey.
Proud to have you at Dickies Health and Fitness πŸ§‘πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻
