Friday classes are ONLY for advanced/fighters and a coach will have asked you to attend.

Mondays and Wednesdays 6.30-8.30pm are our all levels classes, suitable for brand new starts, beginners up to our fighters. Suitable for teens and adults. This is a taster of what happens in these classes, it doesn’t always follow this format. There is also sparring at the end for those ready to do so AND with the appropriate kit (shin guards, gum shield as well as gloves).
