Sling & Shake is a fun, feel-good dance fitness class for parents and carers with bouncing babies or crawling cuties, worn safely in a carrier.

Join us for 45 minutes of:

💛 Bonding time for you and your baby

No dance experience needed — just bring your carrier, rhythm (or not!) and your little one.

Devastated to have to share this heartbreaking news.
Joscelyne was a dancer with us from the age of 3 until she left us at 18 after having completed her final RAD Grade 8 exam.
I say left us, she is still a regular visitor to class which I love.
Rob & Ann are still dance parents here, Joscelyne’s younger sister Evie is also one of our dancers.
We are behind them all and Team Joscelyne 🩷
