🌟 Jen Douglas stormed to a superb 3:42, beating her target time.
🌟 Debbie Robertson completed the 26.2 miles in 5:28 while raising funds for Fife Health Charity. Inspiring effort! 💪

🏃 Chariots of Fire
Gary & Keith Breckenridge and Shaz Azprince took on the iconic East Sands 5K in St Andrews. Great running from all three! 👏👏👏

Our first social run at Riverside Parkrun brought miles, smiles, and well-earned coffee & cake ☕🍰 Running lifts the mood, builds friendships, and brings people together—more meetups on the way!

Shout out to Anna, Fiona & Shaz at the Glasgow ABBAthon 10K ✨ Some sparkles, some full-on ABBA outfits, all awesome vibes & bling at the finish line! And Anna… another PB! 👏

✨ GTC Weekly Round-Up ✨

Plenty of strong miles going in lately — and it’s showing 👊

🏃‍♂️ Kirkcaldy parkrun
Mark Allan took the win for the second week running, with Stuart Green flying round the course too. Great running from both 👏

🌲 Frostbite Trail Race, Lochore
A mini GTC squad braved absolutely Baltic conditions — Fiona, Anna, Claire, Shaz, Nicola Philp, Joe Fowkes & Ian Goldie. Tough trails, big smiles and some well-earned bling 💪🥶

🏁 East District XC League
Barry Davie (just under 36 mins) and Karen Forsyth (31 mins 👀) tore round a tough course with strong performances all round 🤩

Momentum is building — brilliant efforts team. Keep it going 💙

Happy New Year team — bringing the 1st update of the year!

Great to see so many goals being set already. Plenty motivation out there and it shows…. let the hard work and training commence🤩

Conditions this weekend were about as wintery as it gets. Freezing temps, deep snow and blizzards didn’t put you off getting the season underway.

Up at Loch Morlich, Mark Allan faced some seriously tough conditions, with very difficult running underfoot. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Mark dug in and got the job done, crossing the line in 45:06 and taking an impressive 6th place — proper effort 👏❄️

Over in Edinburgh at the NY Triathlon, it might not have been snowy but it was still bitterly cold. A tough course, made to look easy by Shannon, Claire and Fiona, who all got round in great times and finished strong (and smiling).

A cracking start to the year and a solid marker for the season ahead. Keep doing what you’re doing team… look forward to seeing g what your all up to this year😍
