Over the past few weeks we have welcomed some new fabulous mamas to our Wednesday class! 🌟

Putting yourself out there and joining a new class can be super daunting and I know first hand how awkward it can feel 🫣

But from the very beginning everyone has something in common - our babies! The best ice breakers going 💞

It’s not just about dancing, chatting with other people going through similar things can also lift a massive weight from you when you realise you’re not alone!🫶🏻

So, if you’ve been wondering how to get back into fitness in a fun, inclusive and non judgmental environment- why not come along and try it 🕺🏼

I honestly must be the worst for capturing content. Each week I remind myself to take some snippets in the classes or during sessions. Yet, each weekend here I am lucky if I have remembered to take a photo at the end of each class 🤷🏼‍♀️

Least I have a photo of one group of my gorgeous mamas working hard this week 🔥 A new track and all 🤠

So I promise we have lots of fun and work extremely hard. I just only have the proof of the people who keep coming back for more to show it 🤪

Grateful to everyone who stuck it out with me this week while my brain and body were slightly disconnected 🥴

Feeling under the weather, having a toddler who has had unsettled nights with teeth (or being ill or a growth leap or whatever else causes them to scream and sleep talk…😵‍💫) and just life, my wee brain has been a little scrambled this week!

But this is the joy of doing jobs that I love. I know as soon as I start to work I’ll forget about all of that and just enjoy what we are doing!

I’m in it with you. Life is never simple or easy. It’s about making the choices that today and future you will be grateful for. And I’m here to help you along the way 🧡

All PT sessions for the week complete ✅

Such hard work has gone down this week!

There’s nothing better than clients saying they can’t do something and then completely proving themselves wrong and doing it. Yes, it might feel challenging buuuut they still get it done 💪🏼

That’s the joy of having a PT. Someone who will push (maybe guide is a more kind word…) you through the moments you wouldn’t yourself 🙌🏻

My approach is never pushy, demanding or strict. We have a laugh, a chat and work hard at the same time 🏋🏼‍♀️

Happy Mother’s Day🧡

A day filled with love and gratitude to the people who show up day after day no matter what. I’m grateful every week for the mums who walk through my doors to fill up their cup to be the best version of themselves for their little ones 🌺

However, I know this day can also be filled with great sadness and pain. Sending love to you if today also feels heavy🩶

My wonderful Wednesday women🧡

I love that no matter what the babies (and not so babies anymore🥹) are up to this bunch always show up! They know how much they benefit from the movement for themselves, physically and mentally 🫡

Nap time = a chance to be sling free and dance for yourself!

It’s been lovey to see some new faces try our Wednesday class over the last two weeks. You are always more than welcome! 🥰

My Tuesday mamas 🔥

The sun was shining and the sweat was real…certainly for me anyway 🫣

One of my fabulous mums comes for PT and she highlighted how much more fun she can have now she knows the routines. For some, it may be boring keeping the same routines for 6 weeks minimum but truly this is when you start to be able to push yourself more. By this point you can relax into it and have fun. Squeezing that little bit more out of each movement.

Having a baby attached to you while you move throws you WAY off so keeping tracks familiar really does help ✨

My little sidekick had a BALL being upfront and centre too🧡
