It's Balbirnie Gym's Golden Anniversary 50 years young and we want to share members celebrating their golden moments of the year. Starting with Christine Cresswell, one of our regular daytime crew.
Christine says "Three years ago, I moved up from Hertfordshire, five stones overweight and looking for a fresh start. Joining Balbirnie Gym completely changed my life. I absolutely love the Balbirnie Gym community and instructors. They make it so easy to commit and actually enjoy doing 4 to 5 classes a week.
Today, I am five stones lighter, stronger, and have a completely transformed outlook on life. This boost in confidence has positively impacted my business, family, and relationships.
The ultimate proof of my transformation happened on a recent holiday. I finally found the confidence and physical ability to plunge into the Indian Ocean to go snorkeling, swimming alongside turtles and manta rays. It was a life-changing moment I never could have experienced without the foundation I built at Balbirnie."
